I have some customer service reps that handle phone calls from customers who receive our emails but I don't want to give them access to be able to edit anything in the account. I only need them to be able to look up a contact via the email address search box and view the list of emails they received and view the content of email.
How can I get this option?
We don't yet have this type of access control setting. It is a hot topic for 2018 roadmap, however.
