I'd like to be able to automate the removal/cleansing/unsubscribe of contacts that continuously Soft-Bounce at least a specified number of times.
Would be great to add this as another optional criteria that can be added to Cleansing Rules.
I don't think there's currently any way to do this via segments/journeys/etc. in a fully-automated manner.

Let me check with the Deliverability Team about this request. Our MTA already has soft-bounce rules built in. I'll get from them the rules first and let you know. Let's see if what we already have is working.
