Creating additional formatting styles

Where can we set additional formatting styles so users can grab the style from the dropdown menu

HI Tami,

Styles to match each account's own branding is something that we are going to be adding to the Drag and Drop editor (not the current one, but the new one we are working on now).

With regards to setting the style of links, yes you can do in the WYSIWYG Editor -- but you'll do that for each link since that editor doesn't support the global style sheets.

If not already doing so, here's how to set the style for an anchor tag in the WYSIWYG Editor:

  1. Enter your text in the body of the email
  2. Highlight the text that you want to be hyperlinked.
  3. Click the Chain icon in the WYSIWYG Editor's menu bar to open up the Link settings modal
  4. On the Link Info tab.  Enter the URL of the hyperlink.
  5. Next, click the Advanced Tab.  Enter your style manually (sorry :-p) in the "style" field.

  6. Click the [OK] button.

This is for styling an email contact tag or any text link for that matter. By adding {{contact.email}} you cannot add styles via the WYSIWYG because they are overridden. Would like "text-decoration: none" and "color: #" to match the different brand colors.

Hi Tami

Are there any formatting styles in particular that you'd like added?  Can you accomplish the same effect by selecting the font family and font size?

The editor is a plug-in that we use.  If you can give me specifics, I'll ask the Dev Team whether your requested style can be implemented.
