API Keys are unique identifiers that are used to authenticate the API requests. You must include the API key as a query string parameter in your API requests.
The API Keys page in the Settings section is where you can create, view, and manage your API Keys. Click your user name on the top-right corner of the application and from the drop-down menu, select Settings. Then, on the Settings page, select API Keys.
Managing API Keys
Maropost allows multiple API Keys per account. You can view all the existing API keys along with their URL. Copy the Key URL to use it in your API request as the auth_token parameter.
You can update the privileges assigned for an API Key and delete the API Keys that you don't want anymore.
Create a New API Key
Perform the following steps to generate an API Key:
Navigate to the API Keys page.
Click ADD KEY.
In the Add API Key dialog box, enter a user-friendly name for the API key, and assign the access privileges accordingly.
The API key is generated and displayed on the API Keys page.
