The order forms are simple web forms that you can use to capture new orders. The order forms are low friction compared to a web store and hence, yield a high conversion rate. You can use the order forms as landing pages for your promotional campaigns to drive traffic from different channels such as email, SMS, display advertising, Google Adwords, and Facebook Ads to capture orders for specific products.
Maropost for Commerce provides an easy interface to create and publish order forms without the need for coding. For publishing, you can simply choose to share the web page hosted by Maropost or copy the iFrame link into your HTML code. You can create, view, and manage all your order forms from a single point of access - the Order Forms Index page.
The following is a screenshot of the Order Forms Index page for your reference:
The Order Forms Index page shows all the previously created order forms and enables you to manage them. You can use the action menu (three dots) for each order form to perform the following actions: edit the order form, preview the order form, go to the URL at which the order form is hosted, and delete the order form.
On the top of the page, you can see a running 30-day performance of your web forms.
- Total Visits: Displays the total number of times your order forms were viewed.
- Total Completed: Displays the total number of times the orders were captured from the order forms.
- Total Abandoned: Displays the total number of times the order forms were viewed, but no orders were captured.
- Revenue per Visit: Displays the average amount of sales captured per visit.
The Order Forms Index page also acts as the starting page to create new order forms. Click the + Order Forms button to begin creating a new order form. See Creating Order Forms for a detailed stepwise procedure.
