In Navigation, select Order Forms and on the Order Forms Index page, click the + Order Forms button. The New Order Form page enables you to select or enter details for your order form and consists of the following three steps:
Step 1: Build Your Order Form
In step 1 of order form creation, you fill in the details of your order form, including the name, payment profile, relevant images, products and so on. Here, enter or select values for the following fields:

Enter the source of traffic to which all the visits and subsequent sales are to be attributed. This will more likely be the medium in which you will share the order form link. |

Select a payment profile to receive payment for the order. Your default payment profile is preselected. You can change it to the one in which you want to receive the order payments. To create a payment profile, go to you account profile and select Settings. See Payment Profiles for more information. |
Logo | No |
Upload an image to be used as logo in your order form. It is recommended that you use an image that is 250 X 250 pixels and in 1:1 ratio. |
Banner | No |
Upload an image to be used as banner in your order form. It is recommended that you use an image that is at least 1600 px wide and in 3:1 ratio. |
Favicon | No | Upload an image to be used as shortcut icon for the order form. |
Social Links | No |
Enter the links to your social media accounts from which you want to share the order form. You can add multiple social media accounts by clicking Add Link button. |
Products | Yes |
Select the products for the order form. If you add a product that includes variants, then all the options will appear in the order form for the customer to choose from. See Products for more information about creating products Turn on the toggle button against each product to set the product as mandatory in the order form. If kept as turned off, the product is added to order form as a complimentary product that is optional for customers to add in their final order. |

Step 2: Settings
In step 2 of order form creation, you define publishing settings for the order form. You must specify the publishing and expiry dates, URL before and after the order form is published, URL for the confirmation or success page, any change in email address for order form notifications, if any. Here, enter or select values for the following fields:

URL Before Publishing | Yes | Enter the URL of web page to which the customers are redirected when the status of order form is unpublished. |
URL After Expiry | Yes | Enter the URL of web page to which the customers are redirected after the order form expires. |

Enter the URL of web page showing the confirmation or success message after the order is placed. If left blank, the customers are redirected to a default success page (built by Maropost) upon form submission. |

Select the timezone in which the date and time of the form submission is to be captured. The Eastern timezone is preselected by default. |

Email address to which all notifications are to be sent. If left blank, the default email address specified in your account is used. |

Step 3: Share
In step 3 of order form creation, you get the links to the order form that you can share with your customer through various medium. You can choose how you want to share the order form with your customers:
- Public URL: This is the link to the order form hosted publicly by Maropost. Share the link on your website or email for your customers to access the order form.
- iFrame Embed: This is the link to order form as iFrame. Copy and paste the code to embed the order form as an iFrame in an HTML page.
📋Notes: Remember to click the Publish button for your links to be functional.
