The transactional reports provide you information on how your transactional campaigns are performing. To learn about transactional campaigns, see Set Up for Transactional Campaigns via SMTP.
The Transactional Reports index page lists the reports generated for all your transactional campaigns. To access the index page, in Navigation, go to ANALYTICS, and select Transactional Reports.
The index page shows all the major performance metrics corresponding to each transactional report. Use the date filter on the top-left corner to search for reports generated during a specific time span.
You can click the name of a transactional report to navigate to the dashboard of the detailed report. Each report generated for a transactional campaign contains the following three tabs:
- DASHBOARD: Provides insights on how the transactional campaign is performing. You can see the delivery statistics (such as delivery rate, bounce rate), user engagement ( such as opens, clicks), revenue, and other important metrics.
- ISP: Provides insight on the performance of the email campaign based on Internet Service Providers (ISPs) of the recipients' email addresses.
- DETAILS: Provides a summary of the information specific to the transactional campaign.
