If the client wants to have a 50 - 50 split of an audience we have to build the audience, export, manually split in excel. Create custom fields to import the manually split lists to and then build 2 new segments to reference the custom fields. Depending on the size of the list this takes a significant portion of time to export, split and then import again. And you have to wait until closer to the day of send to try and keep the audience as up to date as possible.
